HALLOWEEN HOWLER 1m/5km/10k
MARGAM COUNTRY PARK

9:30am onwards
CHILDRENS 1 miler £8 with spooky medal (parents accompany under 8 for free but no medal) Under 16
5km/10km £22/£20 age 16+ Medal, buff, drinks start at 10:30am
A spooky fun Halloween run incorporating a children's fun run and adults 5k or 10k
This will be our last event as we are taking some time out to re evaluate the events and hopefully allow the economy to recover. The market is saturated with events, and the cost of living crisis has hit everyone hard. We will be taking 2023 off from hosting whilst we consider our options and re think our events.
We encourage everyone to come in fancy dress...spot prizes on the day for best outfit.
9.30a.m will be the start of our children's 1mile race. This is for ages 15 and under. Children under 8 MUST be accompanied on the course by an adult who runs alongside for free but they wont receive a medal. Every child will receive a medal, drink and sweets
10:00 is the start of our adult, 16 and over 5km or 10km race. This is a 5k route in the park that takes one steep hill up to a lovely path on the side of the mountain with a long 1 mile downhill section. 1 lap for 5k and 2 for the 10k
The adult race will be chip timed and every adult will receive a HUGE 100MM glow in the dark medal and matching buff plus plenty of drinks and sweets at the end of each lap
There will be spot prizes on the day for fancy dress for children and adults
Fully supported with marshals on the course our events are always fun and relaxed. There will be a tea and coffee van and maybe some other refreshments too. We have full first aid trained marshals and a defib at race HQ. Deferral allowed right up to 7 days prior to the event.
