These are emailed out in the week prior to all events

Every runner will receive a bespoke medal usually 100mm in size on our timed events and 50-70mm on all other events. Run one lap and you earn a medal. If you complete a 5K,10K, half marathon, full marathon, or ultra, you receive a special pin on your ribbon to denote this. You are welcome to have goodies at the aid station on every lap.

There is official webscorer timing which will be available to view directly after the race is complete

These are collected on the day of the race from Race HQ

Our timed events have a time limit of 6 hours and you must have started your final lap within this time frame

You are free to leave bags in our Race HQ tent but they are left at your own risk. There will always be someone around but we can’t guarentee their security. Some of our events, such as those at Margam Park will have a building where bags can be stored inside.

No. All our events are run on public paths, tow paths and parks. You must be courteous to all other users as we do not have the right of way. Littering will not be tolerated and these two important factors are always a condtion of our licences being granted by the owners of the paths.

There is water, coke, sweets, jaffa cakes, crisps, fruit and other nibbles every lap

Our races are fully marshalled and offer official timing with webscorer. We will also post online photos via our social media after the race, which you can use for free.

Yes you can but please lable it clearly with your name

Yes. As we are not on open roads these are allowed but you must make sure you pay attention to other users. We recommend that you do not use headhones.

We meaurse our course using both maps and GPS. Our distances are approximate but usually a little over to ensure the distance. We are aiming to have the courses accuratley measure in 2019

Yes we have full Public Liability Insurance and are always fully supported and licenced by the LEA or appropriate body

Yes. We are an Associated Member of ARC and all our races are goverend by their rules and have an ARC permit

Unlike many other companies out there, you can defer to another event up to a week before the race. We know that injuries can happen and things crop up out of your control. Also, if you cannot attend on the day at the last minute, just email us your evidence and we will post out your medal at no extra cost! However, virtual entries will not receive a time, nor a mention on the results page.

You can do whatever distance is in the category you pay for. So you can complete 5k or 10k, then either half, full or ultra. If you wish to do a half but have only paid for 5k/10k you will need to pay the extra.

Our course will be mostly flat but with some undualtion. We will put links to the course route on the events page for you to view. Our Margam park course is undulating and runs through trail and path. Our races based in Resolven cover tow path, trail and some public pavements, plus a lovely flyover on each lap. Our routes are all suitable for both beginners and seasoned runners and we will offer full ecouragement and support to every entrant.

Yes we do accept Canicross at all our events. However, you must have third party liability insurance for your dog and bring proof of this to the event. Please also email us advising that you are a Canicross entrant so we can provide dog bowls and some doggy treats!
